- Schedule a visit with us if you’d like to meet a few members and discover what it’s like to sail with BLSA. A club member will welcome you for a day of sailing on his/her boat. No experience is necessary.

Joining BLSA gives you the opportunity to make like-minded friends and learn from a community of highly experienced sailors, all in a setting where everyone, from first-time sailors to veteran cruisers and racers, is welcome to join the fun.
We believe that a strong member community is an essential part of our mission to provide a great sailing experience at Brookville Lake. Your membership plays a crucial role in supporting upkeep of the club’s facilities and equipment, such as our safety boat, dinghy dock and social facilities at Hanna Creek Marina.
A strong, active club membership also helps us maintain a strong voice with the Indiana DNR as they decide how best to manage Brookville Lake and its recreational facilities. Membership benefits include access to BLSA equipment, facilities and social functions, and the opportunity to participate in the season-long regatta series.
